        representations or warranties of any kind with respect to this site or its contents
        and disclaims all such representations and warranties. In addition, Deepblue Recruitment
        makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability
        for any purpose of the information and related graphics published in this site.
        The information contained in this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical
        errors. All liability of Deepblue Recruitment howsoever arising for any such inaccuracies
        or errors is expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.</p>

        and interact with our site subject to these terms and conditions.</p>

        2.2.1 exercise reasonable care in compiling our site</p>

        2.2.2 take the steps set out in the privacy policy to endeavor to secure and protect
        any personal data the Candidate provides.</p>

        3. Variations</h2>

        3.1 Deepblue Recruitment-Library reserves the right at any time without notice to
        revise the content of the site (including the services offered and prices charged
        by Deepblue Recruitment) and these terms and conditions. Any changes to these terms
        and conditions will be posted on the site and by continuing to use the site following
        any such change the Candidate will signify that you agree to be bound by the revised
        terms and conditions of use.</p>

        4. The use of information</h2>

        The candidate acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms of our privacy policy.</p>

        4.2 The Candidate will not be contacted directly by the recruiter, they will be
        notified and instructed to log into the site for more information on the vacancy.</p>

        4.3 Recruiters may only use information supplied by us for the purposes of recruiting
        and shall not disclose any information to any third parties other than those directly
        related to the recruitment process of the candidate.</p>

        4.4 After making an introduction between the Recruiter and Candidate Deepblue Recruitment
        accepts no liabilities for how either parties information is used or any actions
        that result from such use</p>

        4.5 Any party using this service for any purpose other than those specifically stated
        in these Terms and Conditions shall immediately be banned from using this site.</p>
